"When we first opened our doors last summer we concentrated on servicing the Frederick and western Howard county areas.  Due to demand we have recently expanded our services to include all of Howard county, Carroll county and parts of Washington and Baltimore counties.", said Mr. Carpenter, President of Mr. Handyman of Central Maryland.
